Our Mission:

We believe that you need a place to escape the stress of daily life. A place where you can unwind, relax and rejuvenate physically, mentally, and emotionally. At The Massage and Wellness Collective, we offer a wellness center and a sanctuary where you can restore the balance of your body, treat your senses, and reenergize your soul.

We believe that you need a sanctuary. Though your home is a place where you can rest, we offer a sanctuary where you are surrounded by a serene, relaxed, and safe atmosphere. Instead of the humdrum of daily living, you are transported to a place where there is a unique harmony, balance, and warmth that even your home can’t provide.

We can provide individualized solutions with a full suite of massage and wellness services. Our primary focus is knowing the person, understanding their needs, and providing the perfect treatment for them. We will design the ideal combination of modalities that suit your specific needs to ensure that you can achieve wellness.

We Are a Community and Not Just a Business:

We are committed to providing you with one of the most pleasant experiences of your life. Massage and Wellness Collective is also about connection, providing an experience unique to our community, and helping you achieve exactly what you need.

We value our clients and what they want to tell us. Why? Because we believe that the key to wellness lies in the connection, not just to other individuals and your Portsmouth, New Hampshire community, but, most importantly, to yourself.

Heather had to help care for her mother at a young age who passed from leukemia. She started her clairvoyant journey finding tarot cards left by her mother. She has a profound ability to connect with the spiritual realm through her sense of hearing-clairaudience. With a compassionate, intuitive approach, she offers guidance, healing, and insight to her clients, helping them navigate their spiritual journeys and to find clarity in their lives.

Heather’s healing sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of her client, whether they seek spiritual guidance, emotional healing, or connection with their higher selves. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients can freely express themselves, allowing the messages from the spiritual realm to flow through her and provide profound insights and understanding. She is available also for tarot readings, intuitive counselling, akashic record readings, and psychic reiki as well.

Grace has a passion for promoting well-being and tranquility. She tries her best to create a peaceful atmosphere and provide my clients with a deeply soothing and rejuvenating experience. She specializes in aromatherapy massage, lymphatic massage to help detox the body, prenatal and post-natal massage, and reiki. Each session she uses a unique blend of modalities to take a more holistic approach for every client’s wellbeing. Her nurturing touch allows each client to fully relax and let go of the stresses of daily life. She is constantly learning through professional development and has  added additional services such as cupping and deeper work into her sessions to help alleviate pain, remove areas of tension and tightness, and improve flexibility.

She is also influenced by years of practicing yoga and meditation which she uses to guide you to the present moment. Her caring and compassionate nature, along with her deep reverence for the spiritual nature of the human experience, allows her to meet you where you are and aid you in your health journey.

When Meredith isn’t massaging, you can find her practicing cold water immersion, meditating, preparing plant based meals, or learning about all things birth as she’s embarking on the journey of becoming a birth attendant/ doula.

Meredith truly believes in the importance of “walking the talk” and is on an ever evolving journey of physical, spiritual, and personal growth that is reflected in the services she provides to the community.

Leah graduated with a diploma in remedial massage in Australia. Not long after completing the course, after 3 years down under, she returned home stateside to begin on her massage journey here. With a bachelor’s degree in social work and psychology, she always knew her destiny was to nurture and help people, but it wasn’t until she started traveling and began her own journey of self-discovery, that she discovered her true passion for a more holistic approach to heath, wellness and life in general.

Amid these travels, the idea of massage as a new career path blossomed into something beyond an idea and into the real deal. She has been trained in Swedish, deep tissue, sports and remedial massage, practicing skills such as neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching.

Leah describes herself as a very intuitive therapist who can provide a safe, healing and non-judgemental environment for her clients. As a former college athlete, she can understand the toll that such an active lifestyle can take on the body. Whether life’s daily stresses are weighing in heavy on your body and mind, you’ve been training too hard, or you just feel like treating yourself because you deserve it, she is here to help!

Wellness Center Guidelines and Policies

Massage and Wellness Collective works to provide the ideal sanctuary for all who join us. Like any community, we follow guidelines to ensure everyone sharing our space has a relaxing and enjoyable experience. To make the most of your visit, we kindly request that you:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your session. Give your relaxation a head start! This also gives us time to ensure we understand your needs. Allow enough time for parking and preparing for your session – it’s best to be in a calm, relaxed place before starting your session. If you arrive late, we cannot extend the session as there is usually another client booked in directly afterwards.
  • Enter the Welcome Room through the side door. There’s no formality here – come in and make yourself at home,
  • Keep your mobile on silent. Don’t steal the time away from yourself! You are of course welcome to step outside to take any urgent calls privately.
  • Leave the little ones as children can’t accompany you during massage and treatment sessions. It’s okay for you to take this time for yourself! Caring for yourself allows you to care for others.
  • Prepare for your treatment. You can undress to whatever degree is comfortable for
While all oils used are water soluble and designed not to stain clothes, it is best not to wear new clothing.
  • Enjoy your treatment. While your body is being relaxed and revived, take the time to
also rest your mind. Try to focus on the enjoyment of your treatment and ignore any
distractions or intrusions from the outside world.
  • Float back to earth. After your treatment, you will be left in the wellness studio to
redress, collect your items, and return to the welcome room. After we take payment,
feel free to sit, close your eyes, and savour how good you feel.
  • Make your next appointment. To get the most out of your treatment, it is best to
repeat every 4 weeks. Make your next appointment immediately so you can be
guaranteed the day and time that best suits. Prioritize your self care!
  • 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations. To cover our lost time, late cancellations will be charged for the service you select
